Powell Relocation Group are
experts in Transporting high-value and trade show shipments. We provide
well trained van operators with air ride vans
to protect your sensitive cargo. Our vans are equipped with heavy
furniture pads, strapping, lift gates (if needed) and other safety features
that guarantee safe delivery and eliminate the need for expensive crating.
As an Atlas Van Lines Interstate Agent, we have the support
of our Specialized Transportation division, which has a dedicated fleet
of equipment to help us meet any delivery schedule.
Exhibits & Trade Shows
On-time and damage-free
deliveries are the two most important factors in exhibit transportation.
We know, because we understand the trade show
business inside and out. Powell Relocation Group will assign a coordinator
to each shipment to monitor and track every step of the way. Your coordinator
will make sure that our exhibit shipment control forms are filled out
correctly with all move-in and move-out information. We will provide color-coded
labels for each item to help identify and keep track of your shipment.
Exhibit Guard Protection
For exhibit insurance, Atlas
offers a single all-risk policy. Your exhibit is covered:
• In-transit to the show
• During move-in
• During installation
• During the show
• During disassembly
• During move-out
• In-transit from the show
• During storage
There are no deductibles for damages to exhibit components or company
products. The insurance premium is $3.50 (minimum premium $35.00) per
$1,000.00 of valuations per interstate transit segment. Coverage is limited
to exhibit property only. Any damages to the shipping containers are excluded.
Exhibit Storage
Powell Relocation Group can provide
competitive climate controlled storage for crated or uncrated exhibit
materials.
Store Fixtures
Powell Relocation Group and Atlas are
equipped to handle new restaurant construction, new stores, malls, department
stores…any type of ground
delivery – and do it fast.

• Spot trailers: We have excess trailers we can spot
in your trucking yard. That way, you can load at your convenience. When
the load is ready,
call us. We’ll pick-up the shipment and drop off another empty trailer
to replace it.

Equipment
All trucks are equipped with ramps to handle
ground deliveries. In addition, each trailer is equipped with the essentials
