Powell Relocation Group Earns the Milton M. Hill Quality Award for 9 Consecutive Years

The Milton M. Hill Quality Award symbolizes the ideal to which every Atlas agent aspires. The criteria for this award include some of the toughest standards imaginable in customer satisfaction, estimating accuracy, claims ratios and safety. Some say it’s the Mt. Everest of the moving industry. It takes a huge commitment to quality from our entire team to earn this award year after year.

Powell Relocation Group Earns Hauling Excellence Award

Receiving the Hauling Excellence Award is a tremendous achievement for an Atlas agency and symbolizes an intense commitment to satisfying customers. PRG has earned Atlas Hauling Excellent Award 12 consecutive years. This means that year after year, our customers rate our service level over 4.5 on a scale of 1 - 5 with 5 being the best.

Transporting the precious possessions of families from one state to another is no easy job. A year of packing, loading and hauling household goods is easily measured in mountains of paperwork, gallons of truck-stop coffee and thousands of hours and miles logged behind the wheel of an 18-wheeler.

Atlas sends out a performance report to every family we move. Powell Relocation Group had the 3rd best overall customer rating in the Atlas system Nationwide in 2001 and remained in the top 10 for 2002 and 2003. In 2004, PRG ranked 2nd. Unfortunately, in 2005, Atlas stopped tracking the top 10. This is, unquestionably, an impressive and rewarding accomplishment considering that Atlas is the 2nd largest household goods carrier in the nation with more than 600 agencies in the United States and Canada.
